Important information re: the newly launched ACHPER Victoria website

It’s here! Our new website is live! The newly designed and developed site offers the same features you’ve come to know on our old site, with quick and easy access to essential information and professional learning opportunities for all health and physical education and recreation professionals.

Please note one VERY important change to your next login to the new website: for security reasons, the next time you try to login, you will be asked to reset your password for the new site.

Below we provide some answers to frequently asked questions to help you get around the new site:

Q: Why can’t I login to my ACHPER Victoria account?

A: Due the update, you are required to reset the password for your account. Follow the prompts on screen to create a new password with a minimum of 7 characters (including at least one number).

Q: Do I need to create a new account? 

A: NO. Your existing account details still remain in the system. Please do not create a new account or the system will create a duplicate account. 

Q: Can I still access my existing purchases and event registrations data?

A: YES. All account data still remains the same, however your access to the new platform requires a new password for security purposes. Some older purchased content may not show in your account whilst some data is still being transferred across. We do however anticipate that those resources should be available within a few days.

Q: How do I access My Account in the future?

A: Once you have successfully reset your password, your login procedure is the same as the old website. You will know when you are logged in as your name will appear in the top right hand corner of the website, next to ‘My Account’.
