Free access to the Life Life Whole preventive health education online course for schools

The Live Life Whole Project has an exciting education opportunity available for female secondary students! Thanks to the Life Life Whole Project and a grant provided by the Federal Department of Education, schools can now access the Life Life Whole preventive health education online course for FREE!

This online course runs for 50 minutes and covers topics such as nutrition, gut health, skin health, sleep, hormones, the menstrual cycle, stress, body image, relationships, values and more, and is designed to improve the physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing of our future young women.

This course is presented in a positive, engaging and interactive way and with videos and quizzes that enhance the overall learning experience. It can be accessed and implemented by teachers at any time, and upon completion participating schools will be provided with valuable data about your students’ interests and areas for growth. This enables teachers to adapt their approach to student wellness, while ensuring students are getting the support they need.
