AEA is reappointed to deliver the Active Schools Expert Support Service (2026-2028)

We are proud to announce that the Victorian Department of Education has reappointed Active Education Australia to deliver the Active Schools Expert Support Service for the 2026–2028 period.

This marks the continuation of a partnership that has already spanned more than three years, supporting schools across Victoria to strengthen whole-school approaches to physical activity, wellbeing, and movement culture.

The reappointment recognises Active Education Australia’s expertise in system-aligned professional learning, practical school support, and evidence-informed strategies that help educators embed sustainable, inclusive physical activity practices.

“This outcome reflects the collective effort of our team and their shared commitment to ensuring every child has access to quality physical activity experiences that support lifelong health and wellbeing.”, AEA CEO Gillian Manson.

Over the next three years, Active Education Australia looks forward to building on existing relationships, deepening impact across school communities, and continuing to work alongside the Department to support active, healthy learning environments across Victoria.
