As we wrap up another huge year at Active Education Australia, we want to take a moment to recognise the incredible work achieved across our consulting projects.
This year has been defined by collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to helping organisations deliver high-quality, inclusive, and curriculum-aligned programs for young people across Australia.
From national resource development to large-scale workforce capability projects, our team has had the privilege of working alongside partners who are passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students, teachers, and communities.
Among the many highlights, we’re thrilled to share two outstanding projects launched this year which showcase the breadth and impact of our work.
Ping. Pong. Play. – Table Tennis Australia
We are excited to celebrate the national launch of Ping. Pong. Play., Table Tennis Australia’s new F- 10 school program. Our consulting team led the curriculum alignment, resource design, and practical activity development shaping a fun, accessible, and teacher-friendly program that supports students to build fundamental movement skills through table tennis.
With ready-to-use teaching resources, engaging activities, and a strong focus on inclusivity, Ping Pong Play is already gaining momentum in schools nationwide. We are incredibly proud to see this project come to life and support Table Tennis Australia in strengthening its school-to-community pathways.
Wheelchair Sport Skills – Paralympics Australia resource developed in conjunction with ASC and Disability Sports Australia
Another milestone was our collaboration with Paralympics Australia, Australian Sports Commission (ASC) and Disability Sports Australia to develop the Wheelchair Sport Skills resource suite. These resources provide teachers, coaches, and deliverers with practical guidance to create safe, inclusive, and empowering wheelchair movement experiences for young people.
With clear instructional videos, skill progressions, safety considerations, and activity cards, the Wheelchair Skills project sets a new benchmark for quality teaching and learning in adaptive sport.
Looking ahead
This year has reaffirmed the value of thoughtful design, strong partnerships, and a consulting approach grounded in education and inclusivity. We are grateful to all our partners who trusted us with their ideas, challenges, and visions.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are energised by new collaborations, national opportunities, and the continued growth of our consulting work across sport, health, and education.
