#ACHPERVIC25 conference wrap-up: Thank you for two incredible two days!

Thank you to our community for being such an important part of this year’s conference! Across two energising days, the whole venue was buzzing with positive vibes, meaningful chats and powerful professional learning.

The atmosphere was collaborative, curious and genuinely generous, and is exactly why this event continues to be one of the most valued gatherings on the HPE calendar.

A powerful opening with John Hendry OAM

We were incredibly fortunate to open the conference with John Hendry OAM, whose thoughtful keynote set a clear tone for the two days ahead. He spoke with clarity about the everyday impact educators have on young people and invited us to reflect on the role relationships, care and behaviour play in our work.

His ideas continued to surface in conversations throughout the venue, shaping the way many delegates engaged with sessions and with each other.

A standout closing with Alex Rance

We closed the event with a genuinely engaging keynote from Alex Rance, who shared practical and thoughtful insights into leadership, resilience and personal growth. He left the room feeling energised and reflective in the best way.

Alex’s closing message brought the conference full circle, highlighting the importance of connection, purpose and the human side of teaching.

80+ sessions brought to life by your presenters

A huge thank you to our presenters, whose expertise, generosity, and commitment enabled the delivery of more than 80 high-quality sessions across the program. The depth and diversity of content showcased the very best of our profession from innovative pedagogy to practical classroom strategies, curriculum implementation, movement-based learning, wellbeing, inclusion, and more.

Your contribution is the heartbeat of this event, and we’re grateful for every ounce of energy you brought.

Exhibitors: thank you for supporting our educators

To our exhibitors, thank you for your ongoing support and for providing teachers with essential tools, resources, and connections during their breaks. Your displays added enormous value to the delegate experience and helped create a vibrant, inspiring environment between sessions.
