We focus on the six phases that matter most:

  • 22 July – Inclusion Beyond Adaptations – Design learning environments where inclusion is built in—not added on. Move beyond individual modifications to create games and activities with multiple entry points and meaningful participation for all.
  • 12 August – Gender Inclusive PE – Create safe, inclusive and empowering environments for all genders by rethinking grouping, language, and participation structures. Challenge stereotypes and ensure every student has voice and opportunity.
  • 26 August – Cultural Responsiveness – Embed diverse cultural perspectives into PE in authentic and meaningful ways. Connect learning to student identity, community and place through inclusive practices and movement experiences.
  • 9 September – Trauma-Informed PE –  Build safe, predictable and supportive environments that recognise how past experiences, anxiety and confidence impact participation. Prioritise trust, choice and emotional safety.
  • 7 October – Strengths-Based & Student-Centred PE -Shift from deficit thinking to a strengths-based approach that values effort, progress and decision-making. Empower students through voice, choice and meaningful success.
  • 21 October – elonging, Engagement & Safe Learning Environments – Create PE spaces where every student feels they belong. Strengthen relationships, reduce fear of failure, and build positive group dynamics that support participation and learning.
