Build confident, inclusive coaches who can create safe, welcoming sporting environments where every participant feels valued and able to thrive.

This practical, conversation-rich workshop supports coaches to build inclusive environments where every participant feels valued, safe, and able to thrive. The session explores what meaningful inclusion looks like across community sport.

Coaches will engage with key focus areas including disability inclusion, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, women and girls’ participation, First Nations cultural safety, and multicultural inclusion. Through guided discussion, shared experiences, and practical strategies, participants will build the confidence to adapt their coaching and respond to diverse participant needs.

Participants will leave with practical tools, and immediately applicable strategies to strengthen engagement, connection, and participation across their programs.
