Across the session, you will experience a wide range of practical activities across Active Play and Minor Games (AP), Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), and Challenge and Adventure Activities (CA). Each activity is designed to build student competence, confidence, cooperation and connection while keeping participation high.
You will explore how movement can strengthen skill development, mental health and wellbeing, positive relationships, and the health benefits of physical activity (HBPA). You will also see how games can be scaffolded to create progressive challenge, teamwork, emotional regulation and opportunities for every student to succeed.
All activities are aligned to the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0, giving you a ready-to-teach bank of practical ideas that support learning, health and engagement.
