Help students practise responding constructively when things do not go according to plan. Across 20 active and classroom-based activities, students experience safe setbacks, changing conditions, obstacles and unexpected challenges. They practise resetting, adapting strategies, identifying what they can control, seeking support and finding another pathway forward. Resilience is presented not simply as “toughing it out”, but as adapting with the help of relationships, resources, problem-solving and renewed hope.
